Sample Requests
Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our fabrics as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary significantly. Because most of our products are custom made, we cannot accept any responsibility for products which do not match you décor exactly. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order as we can only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.
Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal colour variations as stated by the manufacturers. In addition to the above considerations regarding colour, we'd like to suggest that you order all of your blinds of a given colour at one time. There are sometimes slight variations between dye lots.

Payment Options
All orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro are accepted online. Cheques, postal orders etc must be sent to us before your order is started. All orders paid by cheque will require a holding period of 7-10 days for your cheque to clear before the order will be put into production.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order. We send your order details to the factory and automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price, immediately after you complete your online order. Unless there is a delay in placing your order because we need additional information from you, an order received from you for in stock materials before 3.00 pm will normally begin production within 12 hours.
Cancellations and Changes in orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your order is placed. All cancellations and changes effected during this 12 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of 6%. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12 hour period, 247curtains.co.uk will refund your money minus this administration charge. Under no circumstance will 247curtains.co.uk either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 12 hour period.
On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day. 247curtains.co.uk reserves the right to reject any order, at its discretion.
Discontinued and/or Back Ordered Items
247curtains.co.uk has no control over materials that are discontinued or placed on backorder by the various manufacturers. 247curtains.co.uk will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any backorders.
VAT
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Inspection of Merchandise
IMPORTANT: Inspect your delivery as soon as you receive them and notify 247curtains.co.uk immediately of any damages in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify 247curtains.co.uk that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 48 hours days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, 247curtains.co.uk will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
If you do not notify 247curtains.co.uk that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 48 hour period, 247curtains.co.uk will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
