We are happy to accept returns on all our ready-made curtains.
To qualify for a refund you must return the items within 28 days of delivery.
Before returning your items, please contact us via email or telephone to arrange your refund
You will then receive a separate email which will include your pre-paid returns label.
If you could ensure that the product is securely wrapped and preferably in the original packaging.
Simply print out your label, attach it securely to your parcel and drop it off at any one of our 5,800+ stores within 28 days of placing your order. You can find your nearest CollectPlus store here.
Please note: your label will expire within 30 days from the date stated on the label
The store assistant will scan your parcel and give you a receipt as proof of postage, along with a tracking number.
Once the item has been received we will automatically refund the amount you have paid for this product.
The refund will be processed within 2 working days and you will receive an email to confirm this transaction.
