We are happy to accept returns on all our ready-made curtains. To qualify for a refund you must return the items within 28 days of delivery. Before returning your items, please contact us via email or telephone to arrange your refund You will then receive a separate email which will include your pre-paid returns label. If you could ensure that the product is securely wrapped and preferably in the original packaging.
