The company was founded in 2005 with the purpose of being the leading supplier of made to measure products in the UK. We have supplied millions of made to measure curtains and blinds all across the UK with a strong loyal customer base who love our products and prices.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is conveniently situated at Unit A, Trident Business Park, Neptune Way, Huddersfield, HD2 1UA. When you visit, you'll have the opportunity to explore a range of blinds on display, allowing you to experience their quality and functionality first-hand. Additionally, we offer complimentary samples of all the products featured on our website, available for you to take away absolutely free!

How do I measure for my curtains?

Measuring for curtains is relatively straight forward but do not worry if you are un-sure - please find our measuring guide page here for further information.


Product

How accurate are the images online?

We do all we can to make our images as clear and accurate as possible and we employ a specialised team to produce all our images, we try to ensure 100% accuracy at all times. However, screens and resolutions can vary depending on your device so we always suggest ordering a FREE SAMPLE.

Can I order a single curtain?

Whilst our curtains come in pairs as a default, you can order a single curtain if you give our friendly customer services team a quick call!

How do I clean my curtains?

For all of our made to measure curtains, we advise to dry clean only. For roman blinds, we would advise against dry cleaning (or any kind of water/solvent based cleaning), this is due to the cords and rods used in the make up of the blind. General upkeep and regular dusting is advised for roman blinds.

What are the differences in Linings?

Do you offer a Measuring and Fitting Service?

Our service is to supply only so the service to measure/fit is not a service we offer. Our useful guides should make the whole process nice and easy and in doing so our customers are able to make large savings.

What is your returns policy?

As we are predominantly a made to measure supplier there is no option to return the made to measure curtains or blinds that you order. They are made bespoke for your windows and are not a product that can go back in stock and be re-sold. If you do bump into problems with your products, contact us here and we will do our very best to help.

What do I do if my product is faulty/damaged?

Can you give me a quote?

The website is designed in such a way that it will give you an instant quote for your blinds based on the blind and the sizes you input. Should you require something more bespoke such as a large order or trade requests we have a designated team to fulfil all quotes, they can be contacted on: 01484 622002 or 01484 622012.

How do I order Samples?

We offer a FREE and UNLIMITED sampling service for our made to measure products. Simply click on the product you like the look of and click 'order free sample'. Select as many as you like and we will send with Royal Mail 1st Class post.

What Payment types do you accept?

We accept all the usual payment methods you would expect with an online website such as Debit/Credit card, Paypal, or BACS should you wish to send us money direct.

What do I do if I have seen your products cheaper elsewhere?

We are constantly monitoring our prices and are confident we are super competitive for like for like products with our online competitors. However, in the unlikely event you find something cheaper we will endeavour to price match* if the product, quality and material are the same. Simply contact us so that we can honour this for you. *Price matching excludes instances of obvious competitor pricing errors.

Can I make an amendment to my order once it has been placed?

Our Care Team will always try to amend orders where possible, however due to the product being made to measure, we cannot always guarantee amendments can be made. As we are making products to order at speed, your blinds are often manufactured within hours of the order being placed.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary across our products, please see our full comprehensive guide here. We also give delivery days on each individual product page as these often vary from product to product too.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £8.95 or we offer free delivery where the value of goods is over £179.

Where do you deliver?

Our standard delivery covers the entire UK including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. If your delivery is to a non-mainland UK area please allow an additional 3-5 working days for final delivery to take place as a 3rd party courier may be required.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a network of reputable couriers to deliver our blinds such as DX, DX freight, Linear Logistics and DHL.

Do I need to be in for my delivery?

All goods must be signed for by an adult. Customers can manage their delivery via the courier and make necessary arrangements - all couriers will make 3 attempts.
